Caring for your Healing Energy Art
Healing stones give and receive, or absorb, positive and negative energy. To cleanse your Healing Energy Art of negative energy, bury in uncooked brown rice for 24hrs (don’t forget to throw away the used rice). To re-energize, place on a window pane in the bright sun light for several hours.
If your Healing Energy Art is used everyday cleanse it every three to four weeks. If it is used occasionally, cleanse every three to four months. You may also wish to purchase a Cleansing Stone which is noted for absorbing and dissipating negative energy quickly, to cleanse, simply placing your Healing Energy Art on the Cleansing Stone for about one minute.
